Join a Glow Circle — Where Healing Becomes Development

G.L.O.W.S. Circles are not just small groups; they are vibrant spaces for transformation! Here, emotional healing, spiritual growth, and personal leadership flourish within a supportive community. Each month, we come together to empower women to process their pain, rediscover their identities, and bask in God’s love through inspiring reflection, prayer, and mentorship. Come be a part of this incredible journey!

Objectives

  • Restore emotional and spiritual health through Christ-centered conversation and prayer.

  • Rebuild self-worth, confidence, and clarity of purpose.

  • Reignite creativity and hope by reconnecting women with their unique callings.

  • Reinforce accountability and sisterhood through consistent community.

  • Reposition women for leadership by cultivating empathy, resilience, and discipline.

Predicted Outcomes

After consistent participation in a Glow Circle, women often experience:

  • Noticeable increase in emotional stability and self-awareness.

  • Restoration of confidence, boundaries, and clarity of calling.

  • Growth in prayer life, discernment, and prophetic sensitivity.

  • Strengthened ability to mentor others and initiate positive change within families and communities.

  • Formation of lasting friendships and spiritual accountability partnerships.

Developmental Benefits

Emotional Healing:

Safe space to unpack trauma, shame, and past rejection; learn tools for emotional regulation and forgiveness

Spiritual Renewal:

Participants grow in understanding of Scripture, prophetic identity, and God’s love through guided journaling and devotionals.

Relational Growth:

Circles cultivate trust, boundaries, and healthy communication, helping women rebuild relationships with family, faith, and self.

Leadership Activation:

Women identify spiritual gifts and learn to lead small groups, speak publicly, and support others on their healing journeys.

Community Impact:

Circles often transition into outreach projects—serving shelters, schools, or mentorship programs—extending healing beyond the group.

Program Framework

Each Circle follows a guided flow:

  • Week 1: Story & Reflection — “Where am I now?”

  • Week 2: Healing & Rebuilding — “What do I need to release?”

  • Week 3: Identity & Purpose — “Who did God call me to be?”

  • Week 4: Activation & Accountability — “How will I walk this out?”

Facilitators use G.L.O.W.S. curriculum tools, Scripture prompts, and prayer journaling exercises designed to bring measurable growth.

Testimonial Highlight — Dallas Chapter

“I came to my first Glow Circle broken and quiet. Now I lead one in my city. God met me in sisterhood, and I found my voice again.” — Maya Dallas Chapter
