This retreat marks a turning of the tide — a unified movement of women rising in wholeness, wisdom, and worship. Here, every scar tells a story, every wound becomes a witness, and every woman rediscovers her glow.

2. Can I choose my roommate?

Yes! If you already have someone in mind, simply list your roommate’s name when completing your registration form. If you don’t have a roommate, we’ll gladly pair you with another amazing woman seeking connection and community.

3. Are meals included in the retreat cost?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Your registration includes six full meals — beginning with lunch on Friday at 11 am and ending with breakfast on Sunday morning — all provided by Lakeview Camp & Retreat Center.

4. What’s included in my retreat package?

Accepted Answer

Your stay covers two nights of lodging, six meals, all workshop sessions, and access to evening worship gatherings, panels, and fireside moments. You’ll also receive a special welcome gift upon arrival.

5. What time should I arrive and depart?

Check-in begins Friday at 10:00 AM, followed by lunch and our opening session. The retreat concludes Sunday morning after our 7:00 AM service and farewell breakfast.

6. What should I bring?

Bring comfortable clothing, personal toiletries, a Bible or journal, and a heart ready to receive. Optional items: light jacket, swimsuit, or small blanket for evening campfires.

7. Is my deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your space and help us finalize retreat accommodations. However, the amount is applied toward your total retreat cost.

Yes! Flexible monthly payment options are available through July 15, 2026. Your final balance must be paid in full by that date to confirm your attendance.

Please note any food allergies or restrictions on your registration form. The retreat center’s kitchen team will do their best to accommodate your needs.

Of course! Many women attend solo and leave with lifelong sisters. This is a safe, welcoming space for connection and renewal.

12. What are my travel options?

Accepted Answer

Lakeview Camp and Retreat Center can accommodate all vehicle types, with plenty of on-site parking for those driving in.

For those traveling by air, there are two airport options:
 • DFW International Airport (Dallas–Fort Worth)
 • Dallas Love Field Airport (Southwest Airlines only)
 • 
Lakeview is approximately 45–60 minutes from both airports. Guests flying in will need to arrange ground transportation, such as an Uber, Lyft, or taxi service, to and from the retreat center.

When booking your return flight, please allow extra time for travel and airport check-in. We’ll conclude and dismiss no later than 12:00 PM on Sunday, giving everyone ample time to reach their departure gates safely and without stress.

13.Do we each need to pay our own deposit?

Yes. Each guest must individually submit her $50 non-refundable deposit before selecting a payment plan or confirming a room.
 This ensures that every attendee is officially registered and that room assignments remain accurate and fair for all participants.

14.. Do all guests need to complete an application?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Even if you’re attending as part of a group or sharing a room, each guest must complete her own application to ensure we have accurate records for every participant.

15. Can I pay in full instead of using a payment plan?

Yes, you absolutely can! If you don’t see a full payment option listed on the registration page, simply email the host at apostlesandylove@glowsmovement.org,() and we’ll help you complete your payment directly.

16. What if I can’t attend — can I transfer my registration?

Accepted Answer

We understand that plans can change. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another guest for this year’s retreat.
 
Please notify us as soon as possible by emailing apostlesandylove@glowsmovement.org,() so we can update our records and ensure your spot is reassigned properly.
Keep in mind that all payments, including the $50 non-refundable deposit, remain non-refundable but can be applied toward your transferred registration.
